Returns

No product returns will be accepted without prior approval from Sceneys. Sceneys does not accept any product that has been already opened unless the product was incorrectly supplied, or if at our discretion is deemed to be faulty and unusable. All product claims must be made within 30 days and proof of purchase must be sighted. To begin a return, you must contact us via [email protected]. The return product must be in original undamaged packaging and well preserved to the condition of resale. Products cannot be returned due to change of mind. Any reimbursement given for returned product will be limited to the value of the product supplied or in the case where the product is faulty or incorrect to what was ordered, then the reimbursement will be for the value of the product and any freight fees charged. Returns and reimbursements will be authorised solely at the discretion of Sceneys and where applicable return freight and delivery fees be paid by the customer.

Deliveries

Sceneys delivers nationwide including all states and territories. Island and remote deliveries may attract the relevant surcharge fees as applied by the freight provider. Our goal is to ship goods within one to two working days from receipt of order and payment.

Sceneys reserves the right not to send product to certain areas at its own discretion where it might put Sceneys in conflict with its resellers or distributors and industry partners or for any other reason that may seem fit. Sceneys will always contact the customer and determine whether an alternative arrangement can be made beforehand and will communicate in any case. In the case that Sceneys will not ship to a certain area and a customer has already paid for product and, if applicable, freight charges, Sceneys will refund the full amount of the product plus freight charges to the customer. Sceneys accepts no liability beyond the value of the product in any given scenario. Sceneys cannot ship to PO Boxes, a physical address must be supplied, any delays in delivery for incorrectly supplied addresses will not be liable to Sceneys.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, personalised or custom items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.

Exchanges

Sceneys reserves the right to offer an exchange item to the same value, and also to authorise an exchange request.
