Paraffin Oil

Paraffin Oil is a food grade, colourless and completely odourless woodcare oil. Paraffin oil is not soluble in water and does not form a membrane, but penetrates into the timber giving a deep protection. Paraffin is not flammable or hazardous to health making it very well suited for the protection of wood surfaces such as panels and timber, kitchen wood and cutting boards, spa and sauna benches. Paraffin oil is colour less but it deepens the natural tone of wood. Paraffin Oil is low in odour and I often referred to a white or mineral oil. Paraffin is also commonly used as a fuel for hobby jet engines and rockets, as well as a fuel lubricant or fuel component for diesel and tractor engines. Other common paraffin oil uses include use as a lubricant, making of candles & crayons
